Description
Linocut of beautiful Mandarin ducks from a visit to the Rivelin Valley in the Peak District. Handprinted from a hand carved linoleum sheet using oil-based ink. This is a 6 layer, 7 colour reduction linocut, which means more lino is carved away with each layer printed. The process takes several weeks as you have to wait for the previous layer to dry before printing the next one.

This is a limited edition print – there are only 12 copies, once they are gone it can never be reprinted.
6 of the prints were finished with a slightly darker background (see photo 2) and 6 were printed with a slightly lighter background (see photo 3). See photo 4 for a comparison of the two, and select your choice from the drop down menu.
All prints will vary slightly due to their hand printed nature.
Details
The print is sold mounted to fit a 8 x 8 inch frame.
All prints are posted in secure, flat packaging. The packaging is plastic-free and made from eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
